Relax means opening the Sims 2, creating a redhead teenager that looks quite like me and sending her directly to college (With Sims 2 : Université), where she'll pick her major : history at the seconds she moves in on campus. The main point is trying not to use cheatcodes as I usually do when I play Sims 2 (okay, how many times did I play it in the last year? Like, 8, 10 times?), but to make her survive with her daily needs (yeah, no MaxMotives and MotiveDecay Off anymore) and have the highest GPA possible and have a good social life (maybe go greek... Delta Who? Delta Nuuu.... Delta delta bougalou....) and earn money (yeah, no more MotherLoad...) by working at the cafeteria (okay, let's say that Motherload means taking a loan) or actually earning a scholarship...
First she moves in on campus. Resisting to going on building mode and stealing off a TV and a computer from other dorm rooms is her main point.
Then I deal with her daily needs while she picks her major, write her essay, does her homework, finds the love of her life...
Holy crap... Sims 2 are not so realistic. In real life, a day is 24 hours not 24 minutes, and it doesn't take you an hour to go to the bathroom. Or to take a shower : it takes me actually 2 hours... ;p
They have no hairdryers? No flat-irons? And how come all their clothes can fit such a small closet?
Well, if I want to take my thirty pair of shoes at NYU, it's gonna be tough...
Sims-life is almost perfect. My Simsette can go to bed without dammaging her hairstyle. I have to style my hair every morning for an hour instead of staying in bed. My Simsette doesn't even need to pull up her hair when she goes in the shower, it remains perfect. When I go in the shower, my hair becomes all frizzy and that's another hour of flat-ironing. When the stupid DC weather is humid, simply on my way to school my flat-ironed hair becomes curly.
It pisses me off.
Anyways, I try to open Sims 2 twice, but it doesn't work, I have to "end process" everytime because my computer freezes. Too bad those bitches don't work with Vista.
Anyways... Sims 2 are like Barbie-girls in a more sophisticated way. They move, speak, etc... They actually make love too but it's hidden by pixels (yeah, haven't we ALL superposed our naked Barbie and Ken when we were young innocent blond heads?). They have a perfect body, perfect clothes, perfect hair that can go bald to super-long in less than two seconds... And you can fill their bank account with 50000 bucks at once and it's LEGAL!!!! (okay, they don't tell you how in the user manual but they could because you find it online anyways).
Only it doesn't work with Vista, so this means that when I go to college and finally get to buy my pink Dell Inspiron 1525 or something, I won't be able to play Sims 2.
Allez, bichette, c'est la dernière chose dont t'as besoin à l'université... Ah oui, c'est vrai...
Okay, now my connection isn't working and I'm almost about to loose all of what I just wrote if I don't have the reflex of saving or at least switching to Microsoft Word...
Okay, I switched to Notepad, at least I don't have those annoying automatic Microsoft correctors who think they're teachers at Rochambeau and thus have the right to strike my sheet in red...
Anyways, now that we're (yeah, I'm using the "Nous majesté"!!!!) talking about Rochambeau, let's get back to this whole exhaustion thing...
I had to work like hell yesterday and today on easy stuff but my head is like blocked, I feel dizzy, my whole body is aching, etc...
Goodness, and we've started the TPE so that reminds me a lot of 3eme... With great quality comes great responsability (and risk of heart attack... Loooooooool!!!!). Well yeah so now I'm beeing very exigeante with myself, I'm unsatisfied of the work I've provided for now and I'm looking to improve myself urgently...
Yeah, hopefully tomorrow I'll find a way...
Hoping that my connection comes back NOW!!! (or I kill it).
Take care...
And yeah I feel like I haven't said 1 percent of what I had on my mind but technology is a bitch.
As a matter of fact, première is a bitch too.
Ooops, I said bitch! :p
